Tea

 

Tea dates back about 5000 years to China and has been a staple in modern times for most countries. Because tea is a stimulant and contains caffeine, it should be used in moderation much as one should use coffee, but unlike coffee, tea is lower in caffeine and some teas, such as the mild green teas from China, may be useful anti-oxidants which fight carcinogenic substances.
